Crossing of Laughers Ridge
Watercolor and Pencil
2020
Mo and his Lunghorn Mount, Miss Davlon, cross the skull landmark between the Dead Desert and Laughers Ridge.
The large skull belongs to a Dhunnix, or Laughing Stalker, and resting in its shadow, are a pair of Kundruck taking refuge from the heat.

Ahlae Leonard at Rest, Watercolor and Pencil, 2020
The desert is a seldom explored environment as many of the creatures that inhabit it are hostile.
This includes Leonards, Kundrucks, and the occasional Glass Spitter.

In the image to the left, we see an Ahlae (Desert) Leonard resting next to a Mineral outcrop in the Dead Desert. You can see the Laughers Ridge mountains in the distance. These mineral outcrops are a highly valued resource, often deep in the open expanse of deserts, and hard to transport due to their weight.
